  • HB22-1155 – In-state Tuition for Colorado High School Graduates: Expands eligibility for in-state tuition at Colorado universities, reducing tuition costs by up to 30%. This law helps Garfield County students access affordable higher education, expected to increase college enrollment by 10%.

  • HB22-1005 – Health-care Preceptors Tax Credit: This law offers tax credits to healthcare professionals serving as preceptors, helping to train future healthcare workers and improving access to education in medical fields.
